She has nurtured her passion for advertising since childhood, eventually pursuing a degree in Advertising at Istanbul Bilgi University. She started her internships early in her university years, gaining experience in performance marketing and social media for some of the most exciting brands in Turkey’s startup scene.

Nowadays, she’s a Young Talent Specialist at Fill in the Blanks. As a true Gen Z, she has a knack for “stalking” potential talent, especially on LinkedIn. She’s the first point of contact in candidate sourcing, meaning most candidates meet her before anyone else.
