He is a former advertiser with a background in art direction. He has also worked for many years in copywriting and strategic planning. With nearly 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, he has held senior management positions at agencies like HAVAS and FCB Argroup, where he was responsible for the development and management of both social media and creative teams.

During his active advertising career, he took initiatives in talent acquisition and development, working on projects with universities and NGOs.

Six and a half years ago, he took the first steps in launching Fill In The Blanks HR, focusing on communication brands, advertising agencies, and gaming companies.

His areas of expertise include writers, visual designers, and strategist positions. He is also actively involved in C-level executive placements within these verticals.

He has been living in Munich with his family for the past 5 years. During this period, he spends one week each month in Istanbul for business. His hobbies include philosophy, long walks, design, and learning foreign languages. He also has a great passion for mechanical watches, Vespas, and graphic design.

The greatest title he has held in his life is being Pia's father.
